Overview

We’ve created a selection of themed learning content on the Oxfam Education website for use at home, in the classroom or both!  Consider what we all need to thrive, explore what connects us and be inspired to make a difference.

Climate change is affecting millions of the world’s poorest people, right now. More frequent and extreme weather – such as storms and droughts – are destroying homes, and wrecking lives and livelihoods. There is hope but urgent action is needed now.

Inspired by some of the communities Oxfam works with around the globe, we’ve put together five ideas for taking action at home. We can all play a vital role in saving our planet and its people.

This pack is for use by teachers, parents and carers alongside the Taking Climate Action at Home page on the Oxfam Education website.
