The Edge of Influence: Lessons on Power, Partnership and Pressure in Private Sector Engagement from the FAIR for ALL Programme
Overview
This discussion paper examines how FAIR for ALL partners engaged with the private sector to advance fairer and more sustainable global trade and value chains. Drawing on insights from eight countries and regions, it identifies the key factors that shape effective private sector engagement amid diverse and often complex challenges. The findings show how civil society organizations adapt, strategize and collaborate to influence corporate behaviour, drive systemic change and promote economic models that place people and the planet above profit.
