Overview

Conflict sensitivity is a critical part of safe programming for Oxfam and its partners. This guide can help practitioners identify and mitigate conflict risks as part of the COVID-19 humanitarian response and as part of safe programming risk analysis and risk management processes more widely. The guide covers

·      Anticipating risks and opportunities

·      Undertaking a rapid conflict analysis

·      Conflict-sensitive monitoring, accountability and feedback mechanisms.

The context of each community and region will be different, so identifying other risks for each specific response should form part of the analysis.
