Overview
International Development Enterprises India (IDE) endeavours to provide both women and men farmers with access to knowledge about the technologies it promotes, and about the income-earning opportunities that arise from participating in the delivery of these technologies. Maya Prabhu discusses how the organisation has tried to define and integrate gender awareness into its thinking and internal practices as well as its programme of technology dissemination.
