Overview

Traditionally, politics in Cambodia is seen as the preserve of the older generation. However, young people are increasingly using the internet to discuss issues that affect them. How can youth’s growing desire for engagement be harnessed into participation in the political system? This project is developing two online platforms – one for young people to raise issues and seek support, and one for them to ask questions directly to members of parliament. This case study gives an overview of the project, including aims, results and lessons learned.
