Enhancing gender equity in health programmes: monitoring and evaluation
Overview
This article argues for the need to conduct monitoring and evaluation in health programmes and advocacy in a gender-sensitive way, to ensure that interventions fulfil their goal of improving public health, have a beneficial impact on women and on gender relations, and contribute towards human health and poverty eradication.
