Still Waiting For Change: Making the political transition work for women in Yemen

Overview
Women played a key role in Yemen’s 2011 popular uprising, but almost a year on they are still waiting for change. This report draws on research from a series of focus groups with Yemeni women, and calls on the Government of Yemen and the international community to support the humanitarian response, and help ensure women play a part in the future direction of their country.
