Overview

What should work be like? What makes work decent? Explore what different factors contribute towards making work decent or good. Over the course of two engaging and participatory sessions, learners will consider their own and other people’s ideas about the world of work and develop their own opinions. Learners will explore ideas about who has influence over what work is like.

This resource will help learners to develop their own ideas so that they can enter the Creating a fair Wales photo competition for 11 to 18 year olds in Wales.

This competition has now ended. Owing to the publication date of this resource, some of the content (including statistics and links) may need updating.

Sut beth ddylai gwaith fod? Beth sy’n gwneud gwaith yn weddus? Ystyriwch ba ffactorau sy’n cyfrannu at wneud gwaith yn weddus neu’n dda. Mewn dwy sesiwn baratoadol, gall y dysgwyr ystyried eu syniadau eu hunain a syniadau pobl eraill am fyd gwaith, a datblygu eu barn eu hunain.

Bydd y dysgwyr yn ystyried syniadau yngl?n â phwy sydd â dylanwad dros sut beth yw gwaith. Bydd yr adnodd hwn yn helpu’r dysgwyr i ddatblygu eu syniadau eu hunain fel y gallant gymryd rhan yng nghystadleuaeth ffotograffiaeth Creu Cymru Deg i rai 11-18 oed yng Nghymru.
