Oxfam’s economic justice programme in Ghana seeks to support smallholder farmers, with a focus on the country’s northern communities and coastal fishing communities in the south, and is based on three core pillars: adaptation, risk reduction and gender equity; value chain and rural enterprise development; and policy framework, budget monitoring and private sector development.

This document focuses on how the programme has utilized budget monitoring and digital advocacy to track agricultural infrastructure projects, holding the government to account.
