Women’s Access to Justice in The Middle East: Challenges and recommendations
Overview
The major objective of this report is to assess the impact of legal fees on women’s access to justice (in terms of personal status and family matters) in four Arab countries: Lebanon (Mount Lebanon), Jordan (Zarqa), Iraq (Shamshamal in Kurdish Territory), and Yemen. The research then goes on to provide recommendations to enhance women’s access to justice in said countries.
